Insurance Information
At Party Works Rentals the customer's safety and satisfaction are our top priority. For your protection Party Works Rentals has a general liability policy in place to cover anything that may happen as a result of an error or accident on our part. A general liability policy is also required by the state of New Jersey for all inflatable and amusement companies. Without an insurance policy in place the company is unable to register the equipment or have it inspected.
Many of the “companies” you see advertising on social media do not comply with New Jersey state laws since the insurance, registration, and inspections can be very expensive. While this type of rental may be cheaper the quality and safety of their equipment is usually diminished. Renting from one of those illegal companies is very dangerous and could be costly to you. Without the state to regulate the safety there is no guarantee you are getting a safe product which could leave you at risk for injuries. When an injury does occur the illegal companies do not have insurance to cover the cost and unfortunately your home owners insurance will not cover it either. This leaves you with very little recourse. The whole situation is dangerous and messy and is best to be avoided.
While a bounce house may appear easy to set up there is actually a lot that goes into ensuring that everything is as safe as possible. Our operators are tested every year by SIOTO to receive their Advanced Inflatable Safety Operations Certification. This is an added step that Party Works Rentals takes to make sure every event is as fun and enjoyable as possible.
